Holistic Health care

Naturopathic Healthcare visit with Dr. Carrie Wine:

Initial office visit

This is a 90 minute appointment where we will discuss your health concerns, review your health history, discuss diet and lifestyle, and create a personalized plan to get you to optimal health. This visit may also include laboratory testing or recent lab review, and counseling. I typically start with ordering standard labs that are often covered by insurance if these have not already been done by your primary care provider. If we are not able to find answers through standard labs I may recommend specialty labs that take a deeper look at the health concern. My goal is to start your plan for optimal health and recovery in this initial visit.

Please fill out the patient paperwork 24 hours prior to your first appointment so that we can maximize the quality of time spent in office.

Return office visits:

In this 15-60-minute appointment, we will discuss your progress, additional treatment and testing options, and next steps. This appointment may include, continuing a medication, a discussion of diet and lifestyle, laboratory testing, counseling, in-office treatment, and additional work on your treatment plan.

Service Costs:

Visits range from $37 to $325. Please click here to learn more about visit costs.

A Note About Transparency

Here at Rooted In Health, we believe that health care costs should be transparent. There is very little that we commit to paying for without knowing the costs up front, and health care shouldn’t be any different.

We strive to keep our costs reasonable so that natural health care is accessible to all of those in our community. We intend to keep our costs fair yet sustainable. Please contact us if you have a particular financial hardship so that we can discuss payment options.


INSURANCE:

Dr. Wine is not in network with insurance at Rooted in Health but can provide a superbill upon request and offers a sliding scale.
